Joe joined the New Hope Eagle Fire Company in 2008. He serves the community as a Fire Police officer and is certified in Fire Police I.

Joe has been the elected Pennsylvania State Constable, for The New Hope Borough since 2002. He has been active in many community organizations, serves as vice president of the New Hope Historical Society, past chairman of the New Hope Civil Service Commission and a life member and former captain of the Tri-Boro First Aid Squad. Joe has lived in New Hope since 1992 after moving here from Ocean County, NJ.
