Paul joined The New Hope Eagle Fire Company in 2006. He is certified in Fire Police I, Highway Incident, Fire Arson and Hazmat Awareness.
Paul is retired from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. He served as the Training Director.

Paul received the "Firefighter of the Year" award for 2007.
