Irene joined The New Hope Eagle Fire Company with her daughter, Susan, in 2004.

She is certified in Firefighter I, CPR, First Aid, AED, First Response to Swiftwater Emergencies Operations & Swiftwater Rescue Technician, First Responder Awareness NFA Recognizing & Identifying Hazardous Materials Awareness, and is certified as a Sartech III with The National Association of Search & Rescue.
Irene was a member of the 100 Call Club in 2005 & 2006.  She received the "Sparky The Fire Dog" Award in 2006.

Hobbies & Interests: Husband and four daughters, one son-in-law, one granddaughter, family & friends, film/digital photography, and video production.
